Julie Martin helped us buy a house in 2011 from a builder. She was there for us every step of the way to assist in the construction and handled everything between us and the builder. It was a painless process with her looking out for us. In 2015, we needed to sell that house and one other that we owned and we never hesitated in calling her to help us again. The fact that we remembered her for four years, says a lot about her as an agent. If you want someone to work for you and put your wants and needs first, she is the one. If you want someone to return your calls and act professionally, she is the one. She handled everything for us in the selling of our two houses and we were even out of town at that time. It was all taken care of in a timely matter and went off without a hitch. She did it all and we did not have to worry about a thing. In this day and age, someone like Julie is hard to find. I am a Certified Success Coach and a Certified Mentor. and I have over 20 years of experience coaching and mentoring other real estate professionals. It is so satisfying to watch the success of others and know you played a small part. I am always so proud of "my" agents when they excel!
My Real Estate Sales Specialties are Downtown Living, Condos, Historic Properties, Waterfront Properties, and Investment Properties. I lived on the water for almost 20 years and have lived downtown in a historic home for over 5 years. I have been in real estate since 1995.
